The boss's luck has held out once again. Last weekend, while in Chicago, he was riding in a cab. Another car hit the cab, pushed it across the street and it knocked down a pole holding a traffic light. Just as in his previous accident, he escaped with a gash on the head and some sore muscles. He's a lucky man!
In the meantime, I've been working lots of hours. I have found a little bit of time to quilt for customers....
and I've started Anne Sutton's new Basket Block of the Month...
I've cleaned my sewing room so I can get started sewing without having to find the table underneath the mess....
And I've pulled fabrics for some new projects...including a few from Jo Morton and a new quilt for Ellen.

That's a lot of stuff going on! I envy your sewing/craft room. I'm betting that's the sort of room I won't have until some kids are out of the house, and since the boys plan to move in with their wives, I'll NEVER get that room!
that basket block is adorable.
yous space is indeed worthy of envy!
i just started cutting the blocks for a rag quilt i promised my daughter. it will be my first full sized quilt.
I love your room, now I see where my mother gets her inspiration from for hers! Just love the tv in the corner, here to sew, but got to listen to something
Oooh, yummy, a nice clean sewing room. And a cute Bunny Hill block to boot!
What a great sewing room! Isn't it fun to work when it's so tidy? I am not a fan of house cleaning, but I got to do it anyway. But I love cleaning my sewing room... Isn't that funny:o)
You have a great blog, I'll be back to visit:o)

Hi Carolyn,
I discovered you from clicking on a lot of other quilting blogs and like yours, so I'll be back.
Your work space is so nice - and big :) I especially like your large work table.
Stop by for a visit when you can. I sew but do lots of other things too.
Your sewing room is gorgeous!!! Do you hire out? ;-)
And your client's quilt! Wowzers! Beautiful.
So glad that your *boss* is all right. Sheesh...life can change in a split second, can't it! Never a dull moment. Keeps us praying.
Wow! All kinds of news from your neck of the woods. Your sewing room looks great! I hope you're enjoying the clean space.
