But I'm not going to get any further on this quilt for a few days. One of the problems with not having a stash that includes yardage, is that when it's time for borders, there isn't enough of anything! So, I got the whole top together up to the white border. I've decided that this will be a gift and needs blue borders...of course I don't have enough blue to make a border! So, I've ordered 2 yards of each of these fabrics from one of Judy's favorite places...
Big Horn Quilts. Hopefully they'll arrive sometime this week and I can get this finished and quilted before November. So, what to work on next???

That's so pretty and soft looking! Are you going to put a breaker border of the darker one and a wider border of the light one? And bind with the darker one? Just curious.

Pastels may not be you, but it's a beautiful quilt nevertheless. Either of these fabrics is going to make a great border. I do like the colors and fabrics you've chosen for your next one - very fall-like!
