I can't believe we did this, but meet Daisy, our new puppy! Her mom is a Siberian Husky and Dad is an Australian Shepherd. She's gentle and sweet...but such a PUPPY! I haven't had a puppy in the house for 17 years, the last few dogs we had were adopted as adults. She has one blue eye and one brown eye. Can't wait to see what we're in for!!!

Oooh, she's SO cute! It seems like everyone I know (with off-to-college kids) is getting a new puppy! Maybe it's just the dog life-cycle -- the dog the kids grew up with is now gone, so it's time for a new dog? So far, we've been trying to resist, but seeing all these cute puppies isn't helping!
