A good week...

Last week I finished this quilt which was sent to a little girl celebrating her 4th birthday.  This is my second quilt for the Wrapped in Hope Program.

I finished this customer quilt...it was the second in the same pattern, but a smaller version.  Very cute!

And I discovered who has been eating all of the plants out in front of my house!  It was a good week...

Oh deer! (Sorry, couldn't help it!) We've really been enjoying watching the bunnies frolic in the yard. I have a feeling there will be way more bunnies very soon...

Love that quilt for the little girl. And for the first time this spring I've found deer droppings in my yard. Wonder if they are being pushed out somewhere or if I finally started growing something good enough for them to eat?

Bad Deer! I'm having a hard time with my plants this year too -- I think it's bunnies and chipmunks. I love that cute little quilt that you made -- the letter in the corner is just perfect!

I heard that we have deer in the preserve behind our home but I haven't seen them. Did see a bobcat, and armadillo. Nate saw some wild boars......lots of bunnies, turtles and gators though.
Love the quilt. Just my colors!

I used to have all those Chinese spam messages too - I reset the setting for my blog comments - set it to owner approval for about 1 month and then switched back, and it all disappeared. It was so frustrating I almost gave up blogging altogether. So, try that! I just dropped by to say I love your idea for young kids quilts with their initial appliqued and simple stripes. So often, kids really love the simple patterns with fun fabrics! Good call. Cheers! Evelyn/Starfishy

P.S. - From Blogger, you can also delete the bothersome Spam comments! Cheers! Evelyn
